Send in your own gemstone custom order

Send in your own gemstone to be made into a custom ring! (ONE GEMSTONE PER PACKAGE)

STEP 1: Purchase this product listing on our website, make sure to purchase shipping! (ONE PIECE MADE PER PURCHASE). 

STEP 2: Fill out a custom form on our website depending on what type of piece + type of metal you want for your piece. 

STEP 3: Send you spoon(s)/fork(s) to:

Please add a note in the package with your full name and order number and return address. 

STEP 4: Wait for us to message you that we have received your package. Once we recieve your package we will inspect your gemstone is able to be made into your desired design/ metal and if so, give you your base price pricing. Your base price pricing is the cost for us to make your ring into your desired piece with your desired metal, this is seperate from any upgrades. The base price pricing is based off your gemstone size/ how much metal it will use/ crafstmanship difficulty level. You will then complete payment via venmo or card. If you decide against payment the stone will be shipped back to you. 

STEP 5: Once full payment is recieved, wait 1-3 weeks for your custom ring to be sent back!

PLEASE MAKE SURE GEMSTONE IS A FLAT BACK CABACHON! WE DO NOT ACCEPT SHELLS, CERAMICS, TEETH, GLASS OR NON FLAT BACK CABACHONS. IF WE RECIEVE ONE OF THOSE CATEGORIES YOUR PIECE WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO YOU IMMEDIATLY.

Liability : Though we try our very best, occasionally stones break for reasons out of our control. In the rare case this does happen, we will fully refund you your shipping, although we don't offer any kind of insurance on the gemstone that you send. We will give 110% care and attention to creating amazing pieces as you design, by sending in your gemstone you are assuming full liability for your gemstone. 

Shipping criteria: Please make sure you secure your gemstone with bubble wrap and write fragile large on your package! If your gemstone is damaged in transit valore is not responsible for any liabilty!
