STORE POLICIES

SHOP VALORE WORKSHOP POLICY

By booking a workshop with Shop Valore, you agree to the following policies. These are in place to ensure a smooth, safe, and high-quality experience for all participants.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • All rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled workshop time by emailing theshopvalore@gmail.com.

  • Requests made within 48 hours of the workshop are considered late cancellations and are subject to a $20 fee per reserved spot.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be permitted to join the workshop and will be required to reschedule.

  • Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes and no-shows will incur a $20 fee per reserved spot.

  • No-shows include any participant who does not attend or arrives too late to participate.

Workshop Changes

  • Requests to switch workshop types (for example, from a Gemstone Workshop to a non-gemstone workshop) must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Changes made within 48 hours are subject to a $20 switching fee per spot.

Refunds & Remakes

  • All workshops are final sale. We do not offer refunds for missed workshops, late cancellations, or completed experiences.

  • Jewelry created during the workshop is a hands-on, participant-made piece and is not eligible for refund or remake once you leave the studio.

  • Our team will assist in ensuring quality during the workshop. Any craftsmanship concerns (such as sizing, stone security, or structural integrity) must be addressed before leaving.

Participant Responsibility & Safety

  • Workshops involve the use of tools and materials that require care and attention. By participating, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your own work and actions during the workshop.

  • For safety reasons, all participants must follow staff instructions at all times and sign Valores liability form before participating. Failure to do so may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

Right to Refuse Service

  • Shop Valore reserves the right to refuse service or participation to any individual at our discretion to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

Group Booking Responsibility

  • The individual who books the workshop is responsible for communicating all policies to their group prior to arrival.

  • Shop Valore is not responsible for miscommunication between group members regarding scheduling, policies, or expectations.

Payment Authorization

  • By booking a workshop, you agree to all listed policies and authorize Shop Valore to charge the card on file for any applicable fees.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, no show fees, late arrival fees, and workshop switching fees.

Experience-Based Service

  • Workshops are hands-on, experience-based services.

  • Each participant’s final piece may vary based on individual skill level, design choices, and the nature of the materials used.

  • Shop Valore is not responsible for differences in outcome or personal expectations of finished pieces.

Policy Enforcement

  • Due to the nature of scheduling and limited workshop capacity, there are no exceptions to these policies.

  • All policies are enforced to ensure fairness to all customers and proper scheduling of workshops.

NO SHOW POLICY

To ensure all workshops run on time and to respect our limited capacity, the following policy applies to all bookings:
No Show Fee

  • A $20 no show fee per reserved spot will be charged for any booking that does not meet the attendance or cancellation requirements outlined below. No show fees will be charged to the original payment method on file.

What Qualifies as a No Show
A no show includes, but is not limited to:

  • Arriving 15 minutes late or more to your scheduled workshop time

  • Not attending a scheduled workshop

  • Canceling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice

  • Reserving spots where participants do not attend and/or complete a workshop piece

Why This Policy Exists

  • Workshops must begin on time to avoid overlapping with other bookings and to ensure a smooth experience for all participants and staff.

  • Each reserved spot limits availability for other customers, which is why all spots are held to the same policy.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You must contact us via email at theshopvalore@gmail.com at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your booking and avoid no show fees.

Agreement to Policy

  • By booking a workshop, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

  • All no show fees are non-negotiable and will be enforced to ensure fairness to all customers.

SHIPPING POLICY + WARRANTY

Online Order Processing & Shipping

  • All online ready to ship orders are processed and shipped on Tuesdays at 5 pm MST. 

  • Custom orders may take 7–14 business days to complete and ship and they are made to order, shipped on Tuesdays at 5 pm MST.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Shop Valore is responsible for your order until it is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • Once an order is marked as delivered to the address given, Shop Valore is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and any additional charges required by their country. These fees are not included in shipping and are not covered by Shop Valore.

In-Store Pickup

  • If you select in-store pickup, you will be notified via email when your order is ready.

  • Pickup instructions will be included in your notification. Orders must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Orders not picked up within 30 days may be subject to restocking or cancellation at Shop Valore’s discretion.

 

WARRANTY & RETURNS

 

14-Day Limited Warranty

  • All Shop Valore items include a 14-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

  • This warranty covers:

    • Defects in materials

    • Defects in craftsmanship

    • Incorrect or mislabeled items

  • If an issue arises, Shop Valore will inspect the item and, at our discretion, repair or replace the piece.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (including scratches and tarnishing)

  • Lost or damaged stones

  • Lost jewelry

  • Damage from impact, dropping, or improper care

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing chosen at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was not the item ordered.

  • Custom and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

  • Repairs outside of the 14-day warranty window may be available for a fee and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Insurance 

Customers may request additional shipping insurance prior to shipment for high-value orders.

Agreement to Policy

  • By placing an order, you agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
