Cancellation Policy
Workshop Cancellation, Switching & Reschedule Policy: Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to allow others the opportunity to book and to avoid fees. Cancellations or no-shows made less than 48 hours before your workshop will be charged a $20 fee per spot booked. To cancel or reschedule, please email us at theshopvalore@gmail.com, and our team will assist you. If you’d like to switch from a Gemstone Workshop to a non gemstone Workshop, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $20 switching fee.
