SILVERSMITH / WORKSHOP INSTRUCTOR
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a skilled or developing silversmith to help create our one-of-a-kind and small-batch jewelry pieces. You will also be responsible for providing and instructing a hands-on educational workshop experience. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with metal, problem-solving, engaging one on one with customers, and maintaining high quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fabricate sterling silver jewelry using traditional silversmithing techniques

Assist with production for collections and custom pieces
-
Maintain tools, studio organization, and safety standards

Collaborate with the design team on new ideas
-
Instruct and educate jewelry workshop participants during their workshops
IDEAL CANDIDATE:

ROLE OVERVIEW:
Our customer service team is the face of our brand. This role focuses on creating a warm, welcoming in-store and online experience while helping customers find pieces they’ll love.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide excellent in-store and online customer service

Educate customers on materials, care, and sizing

Process sales, orders, and basic inventory tasks

Assist with events, workshops, and live sales
IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented

Strong communication skills

Retail or hospitality experience preferred

Interest in jewelry, fashion, or handmade goods
MARKETING & CONTENT TEAM
ROLE OVERVIEW:
While responsibilities vary by role, each marketing position plays a key part in growing our brand through strategic content creation, social media, and community engagement. This is a great fit for someone who’s organized, creative, and energized by storytelling in a handcrafted brand environment.
